Shipping Policy

Who ships your order

All prescription products are shipped directly to you by the LegitScript-certified compounding pharmacy that fulfills your prescription. Field does not handle physical shipment of prescription products at any point in the process.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, to states where the partner pharmacy is licensed and authorized to dispense and ship the prescribed product. If the pharmacy is not authorized to ship a particular product into your state, you will be notified before any charge is made, and any charge will be refunded.

Shipping times

Orders are typically dispensed within 1-3 business days of provider approval. Standard shipping is 2-5 business days within the contiguous United States. Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive products may ship via expedited methods at no additional charge.

Tracking

You will receive email confirmations at four checkpoints: order placement, prescription issued by provider, shipment, and delivery. Tracking information is provided in the shipment email.

Receiving your shipment

Most shipments do not require a signature. Cold-chain products may require an adult signature at delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is monitored.
