Prescription Process

How a prescription is established

Prescription products available through Field are sold only after an online consultation with an independent licensed physician in the field provider network. The physician evaluates your intake and decides, independently and according to their professional medical judgment, whether a prescription is clinically appropriate for you. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Steps

1. Intake. You complete a brief intake on the Site about your goals, health history, and current medications.
2. Provider review. A licensed physician in the field network reviews your intake. The physician may request additional information, decline to prescribe, or determine that a particular protocol is appropriate.
3. Prescription (if appropriate). If the physician determines a prescription is clinically appropriate, the prescription is sent to a LegitScript-certified compounding pharmacy.
4. Fulfillment. The pharmacy dispenses and ships the prescribed product directly to you. See the Pharmacy Fulfillment Disclosure.
5. Refills and follow-up. Refills are scheduled on a monthly cadence based on the prescription. The provider may request follow-up evaluations at appropriate intervals.

Who the provider is

The physician is independent of Field. Field provides the consumer brand, the intake interface, and customer support; the physician provides the medical judgment, the patient-provider relationship, and the prescription. Field does not influence the physician's clinical decisions.

If the provider declines to prescribe

If the physician determines that a prescription is not appropriate, you will be notified. If a charge was placed for the consult, the consult is non-refundable as the physician's time has been engaged. If a charge was placed for a product that is not dispensed, the product charge is refunded in full.

Patient records

Medical records arising from your consultation are maintained by the physician and pharmacy under applicable law. You may request copies from those entities directly.
